    1. Oh my God, this ridiculous melodramatic manga. I kept vacillating between insulting the characters -- these melodramatic fools! -- and loving on them helplessly because I am an emotional sucker. ;_; My feeling are complicated okay! Sometimes girls simultaneously want to hug a character and kick their shin and run away. Sometimes those girls are me.Let's break this down by character then. I kind of want to shake Yuki because what do you even do with all this pure hearted naivety? What do you even [...]

    2. The first half of this volume focuses heavily on Hotsuma and Shuusei's relationship. We get some back-story on their pairing, and then Shuusei is kidnapped by the (hysterically over the top) villain Ashley. Hotsuma searches frantically for him, but Shuusei is convinced that Hotsuma is in love with Yuki and therefore doesn't need Shuusei anymore, so he doesn't fight for his freedom. Then Yuki suffers a betrayal he has a hard time coping with, but in true Yuki fashion we get statements like this: M [...]

    3. In this volume we get to see more of Luka's seemingly sad past. We also got to know the other characters more [Shusei, Hotsuma, and Takashiro]. Again, some parts of this manga made me laugh, and this is why it's on my favorite list, not to mention that the characters are such an eye candy. ^_^

    4. Deep and intense, this is NOT light reading (well the weight of the actual volume keeps it from being that already). I love how the relationships are deepening, and the plot grows ever more complex. This is becoming a favorite series.

    5. While reading this, I noticed how the author kept mentioning at the end of each volume how she was planning to add new characters, and each time I saw that I thought "NONONONONO THERE'S TOO MANY CHARACTERS IN THIS ALREADY AND THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME PLEASE DO NOT ADD MORE TO THE CONFUSION!!" .And then she did. So yeah, my major complaint with this series is that many of the characters look too similar. Luka and Kanata/whatever his other name is look almost exactly alike, Yuki looks like Hotsuma, [...]

    6. I've watched the anime and I was curious about how the story ends. The manga has so many details and it is too girly for me. I have no idea why I am still reading this series but I'm not going to give up on it yet.

    7. This one was just grindy. It would probably be better if I had the individual volumes, but I don't. Also yet more characters as if we aren't confused enough.

    8. So I'll admit, with this being my ultimate guilty pleasure manage series, I'm mostly in it just for the Yuki/Luka ship. The suppoting cast is great and all, but the anime didn't do a lot to sway me into watching for them. But the manga? That's a whole different story. This manga focuses less on the Yuki/Luka main story, and more on the backstory of Hotsuma and Shuusei. It also does a much better job of making them likable and relatable than the anime. In this volume Hotsuma's childhood and how he [...]

    9. I love that we are learning about Shuusei and Hotsuma and getting more of their joint back history and individual back history. I like them both and they seem to be fan favorites. I was sad Hotsuma's friend Shiori got sucked in by a duras!I loved how Yuki helped Hotsuma with his painful remembrance from the past. It strengthens their relationship and actually also Shuusei and Luka's relationships with Yuki too witnessing it!Yuki is missing his friend Kanata and his friend is worried at his new " [...]

    10. Oh my God, do I love Odagiri-sensei's artwork! It is absolutely gorgeous, and completely five stars on its own. My problem with this series is Yuki. Yuki makes me want to strangle things every time he comes onto the page. He is every obnoxious Mary Sue character you've ever seenjust in a pretty boy package. Ugh. When it was just Luka fawning over him it wasn't so bad, but once the ENTIRE DAMN CAST started doing it, my eyes rolled back so hard that it hurt. -_- So, why did I give this four stars? [...]

    11. Right after reading volume 1 I immediately dove into this one and almost forgot where I was when I finished it. I found myself going back and forth in the pages rereading and trying to get more details and it was totally worth it!! ❤️❤ I love this!!

    12. "Quotation Marks" "Quotation marks everywhere."I swear, if this manga was a person I was having a conversation with, I'd break their hands to stop them from making air quotes with their fingers.Meticulously.With a ball-peen hammer.
