    1. A good book - I haven't seen the film or read the other book, and this one works well as a stand alone resource. I've noted a couple of recipes to make, and the info on why grains aren't for everyone was helpful.

    2. This book has changed the way I eat and think about what is healthy. It's simple, convincing, and even better, actually working in making me eat and feel healthier. It's fun and factual without being preachy. I have cooked many of the recipes, and whilst a lot of them are not necessarily foods you'd add sugar to anyway, they are tasty and easy. Some need a bit of extra flavour, but that's easy enough to do with a few different herbs and spices and a pinch of creativity. Well worth purchasing. Oh [...]

    3. This was a great follow up to That Sugar Book which I read last year, this consolidates a lot of the ideas discussed in reducing sugar and eating more raw foods. Lots of great (and achievable) recipes. A good read in continuing the journey to better wellbeing.

    4. This is a great follow up to the documentary That Sugar Film, which conveys a compelling argument to reduce sugar in our diets. The book has some delicious recipes.
