    1. The only real connection that the characters had was lust and for half the book Bradley was with Tirk and not with Redd. Redd was a total brute kind of like Tirk yet Bradley really like that about him. The fight scene was unnecessarily long and in the end, we never really know what happened with Tirk. Bradley doesn't do anything after being free of Tirk, there was a sort of build up like he wanted other things in life.

    2. If I could have, I would have given this book 1.5 stars. Not only was the writing in first person point-of-view, which I tend to dislike because the average author isn't usually skilled enough to make it work (there are notable exceptions, of course, but that wasn't the case here), but there was a clumsiness to the writing that I just couldn't ignore. Another reviewer pointed out the misuse of certain words or turns of phrase in this book and I'm sorry to say I have to agree with them; certain w [...]

    3. i liked aspects of the main characters, but the writing was awful,it didn't follow on from itself. for example when Bradley goes to get a "pint" of water which a glass is suggested, he gets another cupful, and it riddled with miss use of words! when Bradley gets out of the pool, in which water "streams" down his head which implies that there is a constant flow, like in a shower if it wasn't sort i wouldn't have bothered finishing it!

    4. I liked the storyline but I was never sure if the simplistic way it's written is actually the author's style or just purposely childish because Bradley, the omega, is the POV character. I'm interested enough to read on to the next book.

    5. Great beginning to the series. Very quick read. Editing is NOT as bad as previous review would have you believe. I would recommend to anyone who likes reading about an Alpha hero and a cute omega.
