    1. This was short, sweet, and to the pointe. Ha! See what I did there? Dancer jokes are fantastic, barre none. Seriously, I can keep this up all night. (That's what he said)Ok, fourteen year old moment over. I'm out.

    2. *This book was provided by the publisher/author to Nerd Girl Official for an honest review.Malia is a reluctant stripper. She was a classically trained dancer and was employed once by a Ballet troupe. She got injured and her whole world fell apart. Her mother dismissed her and her ballet partner was a constant reminder of what could have been. AND she could no longer professionally dance. Well in a leotard anyway!Forced to live with her own body's betrayal she stripped. She was good at it as her [...]

    3. Sweet, sassy and smokin’ hot! Short stories have a special place in my heart – there’s no time for padding. It’s great to just get into the meat of a character’s story and this is no exception. Right from the beginning, you have a sense that Malia is a tough cookie. If she’s dealt with the drama that a dance academy can throw at her, she can deal with the other women and their petty push for dominance in the stripper world. Malia is all business until she comes face to face with the [...]

    4. Terrific! This book shows the life of now stripper Malia as she deals with a blast from the past that she just wasn't expecting in any way at all. This book, like the first in this series that I read, takes one of the exotic dancers that works as the Queen of Clubs and draws you into their private lives. I won't give anything away from the book because you really need to read it for yourself, but I will just let you know there is a bit of blood in this one! The author writes so well you get sucke [...]

    5. I thought that this book had some potential as a novella about a second chance romance, but there were areas where it fell short. First, I loved that the main characters were each others first loves, so the instant connection/rekindling didn't feel forced or fake. I also love there there wasn't a lot of wasted tie between the characters because they had such a strong history and understanding of one another. The relationship between Malia and Ben was sweet and not what I had expected from a "str [...]

    6. What does a former ballerina have in common with stripping? Absolutely everything, most strippers are running from some kind of hurt from there past, and Malia is no different. After a tragic accident that damaged her knee permanently. She runs away to lick her wounds, she leaves her disappointed family, and runs away from the only man she's ever loved. When she literally falls into her past. Will she see a future with her past now in her present.I loved Malia, she is so sharp witted against the o [...]

    7. This was a touching reunion story of former ballet dancer Kalani, and Ben. An injury forces Kalani to give up ballet. She also turns away from the love of her life, Ben. Stripping for a living, she runs into Ben at a Bachelor party-Ben is her former partner and first love. Ben never stopped loving her, and an emotional Kalani is torn between just letting go and loving Ben, or playing out the what ifs? After some very hot sex on a washing machine, and an even hotter bath scene, the reader is left [...]

    8. Quick read that isn't your normal "stripper" story. The female lead was amazingly written. She was your normal, everyday person trying to pay bills. The male lead supported her and didn't try to change anything. Good storyn't wait to read more from the author.I was given this book in exchange for an honest review via NETGALLEY.

    9. small novellas in part 2 of the story. i came in late to it but was able to catch up. there was a lot of technical terms so the author knew her stuff but it was overboard and took away from the story. there were some fun scenes with the girls. the story was well written and had a good plot line. i just wished it was more fun and less technical.

    10. I don't know if I'm crazy for expecting a little depth even in a short story but this doesn't really have that. The plot seemed disjointed and a bit hard to follow. For a quick read, its an ok story. Don't expect to be dazzled though. Sorry : (
