    1. I had not read the first in this series, so I dove into Watch Out Hollywood without knowing much about Charlie and her friend Marta. Charlie is striving to be a Hollywood star, ever since she was proclaimed a hero on television. When her agent calls her about a role, she cannot wait, only one problem he asked for her friend Marta to audition as well because of her gymnastics background. Being a bit greedy, Charlie tells her that she’s busy with family problems and cannot possibly audition. Eve [...]

    2. Charlie C. Cooper is back and, this time, she's determined to take on Hollywood. After rescuing Marta in Houdini's LA tunnels, Charlie is catapulted into the media spotlight. She scores an agent who promises that he can use her hero status and cheeky personality to secure her fame, fortune, and a television role. Does Charlie have what it takes to be an actress? She must decide which is more important: family and friendship or being a star.Watch Out, Hollywood is technically the sequel to Confes [...]

    3. I did not think it possible, but book two was even better than the first one. I just really enjoyed watching Charlie deal with the trouble (brought upon herself) that came her way and her struggle to leave her mark. This was just such a fun read.To see the rest of my thoughts on Maria T. Lennon's Watch Out, Hollywood! More Confessions of a So-Called Middle Child visit my blog.

    4. Following up on its predecessor, Confessions of a So-Called Middle Child, Charlie C. Cooper is back in action. Although she's reformed and is a kinder, more thoughtful Charlie, no longer given to bullying, she still has ambitions for fame and money. Unfortunately, they cause her to deceive her friend Marta in order to land a role on a television series. Once the truth comes out--as it always does in these sorts of situations--Charlie becomes an outcast at school. Even Marta and her friend and po [...]

    5. Lennon, Maria T Watch out, Hollywood! More Confessions of a So-called Middle Child (Book#2) 213 pgs. Harper, 2014 $16.99This is the continuing story of Charlie, a misunderstood middle child who wants nothing more than to be popular and famous, but is constantly tripped up by herself. In this book we see her ‘friend’ Marta, trying to get to the Junior Olympics, while Charlie is trying to use her new found fame from the last story, to break into the Hollywood acting scene. Will they both get t [...]

    6. The sequel to Confessions of a So-Called Middle Child is just as short, which is good, because I still don't care for the main character, Charlie. It's hard to like a book when I don't like the main character. Charlie may not be a bully anymore, but she's still manipulative and still puts her own desires above everyone else's. Her voice the reader is in her head, so we hear all her mean thoughts about the people around her. Zero respect for her parents or teachers, and she's downright mean to he [...]

    7. Aaah! I love this series to death!! I wish she would write a sequel I am dying to know what's going to happen with Bobby!!
