    One thought on “Kace”

    1. I liked this 2nd book in the Allen Securities series. Although still a short read, Kace felt more complete and characters have more depth than the first book, Reed. Kace is Reed's brother and a cop and Jessica manages a club owned by the Irish mob who are in the midst of a war. Kace is a typically by the book, black and white kind of guy but Jessica surprises and intrigues him. I also liked the background a story of Finn and Alyssa who I believe have their own book. Will definitely continue read [...]

    2. A quick read that although focuses on the main couple others are mentioned or hinted at. Will definitely continue with the series

    3. I have enjoyed reading this series. There is nothing like reading about some very handsome guys trying to keep you safe lol. Love the story.

    4. Diva's review *** stars! The second in Madison Stevens Allen Securities. I'm loving the characters but I did have a few issues with this story. Even though I loved Kace and Jessica's story it felt like the story line was taken from the first book and altered a little. They were too similar and again with the fast cut off. I'm hoping that Liam's story brigs it back around. They are great quick reads and the men are hotttt

    5. I tried to be open minded with this book but it just wasn't happening. Jessica was annoying with how she judged Irene for not jumping in bed with Ryder. She's a lot more brash than she appears to be and expects people to be like her which really bothered me. Just because Jessica and Olivia like to move fast into sex doesn't mean it's for everyone. Irene is a much more refreshing character because she's wary about dating someone new and there's nothing wrong with that, in fact it's more realistic [...]

    6. So far I'm liking this series Kace is Reeds' brother ( really really big family). Kace is a cop (not a bad cop) things get complicated and Kace finally realizes there's a fine line between black and white and good and bad not everything is as it seems and you do whatever is necessary to protect These guys love hard and fast but in their world they have to take each day like it's their last I mean come on it has Irish mobsters (yum), Russian mafia, A lot of hot stupid stubborn men lol, happy mome [...]

    7. Better than the first book. I loved Kace and Jessica as a couple. He is definitely an alpha male but Jessica is also a strong take no shit female! Mystery, romance, continued characters, medium in intensity sex scenes, good characters. This author just likes to end a story fast, like super fast. Your all into the drama and boom HEA the end no epilogue. Not a fan of how she ends her stories, I feel a little cheated at how abrupt these stories end. I'll try the next one in this series but if the e [...]

    8. Good lazy Sunday read.Good lazy Sunday read.If you are looking for an engaging Sunday read that doesn't require you to keep multiple plots up in air while you refer to your notes, (Game of Thrones) then suspend your disbelief and kick back with the Allen Securities series.

    9. Holy hotness on a stick! What a wonderful story of love, deception, and happiness. I am eager to see what happens with Finn and Alyssa but so happy for Kace and Jessica! It blows my mind that someone can say I love you so fast but when you have trials and brushes with death you tend to value your time. Good job!

    10. 4*sAnother great book but again, could have been so much better if it was longer and we got some character depth and filler to the story. I will still continue with the series because I do actually like what is delivered - I just want more of it! =)

    11. I liked Jessica she was tough even with all the mess that was going around. Kace had the protective hero quality and just wanted to protect her.I liked that everyone was there and we found out Olivia was pregnant too cute.

    12. The writing is somewhat sub-standard. Again the characterization is very inconsistent at times. overall I enjoyed the story enough to continue. Good thing I got them at a half-price sale.

    13. Worth itI not sure when this series came out (did not look) but am .enjoying them a little short but a good story stopping at this one and going for Finn looks good. Happy Reading

    14. The theme of the series is very interesting but the way of writing of the author not captivated me.The book is ok.
