    1. Lucinda Soto is a widow and a survivor of an abusive relationship. She struggles to get by and raise Ariana, her 8 year old daughter. With her father in laws help and support, she and Ariana are doing fine. That is until reality T.V. chef Colin Murreire takes over her father in laws restaurant and flips her heart upside down. Ariana decides to play fairy god mother to ensure her mother gets the happy ending she deserves, by trying to hook her up with Colin. Unaware of the past they have shared, [...]

    2. A sweet read! Great for reading while curled up under a blanket on a cold fall or winter day.Lucinda Soto is the Maitre d' at her father-in-law Sidney's restaurant. When she shows up for work one day, she enters the kitchen where her daughter, Ariana, is hanging out cooking with her father-in-lawd Colin!Years ago, Lucie dated rich-boy Colin Murriere. When he ended their relationship in a less-than kind manner, she fell into the arms of her good friend Rob Soto. Unfortunately, she suffered greatl [...]

    3. Past choices return to change the lives for Lucinda and Colin. Enjoyed the story and will watch for more by this author.

    4. Charming for Mother's DayA Second Chance Lucie works as a MaƮtre d' at her father-in-law's restaurant - until he sells it to Lucie's past flame -someone she would rather forget-"Some people were born under a lucky star. Colin was born under a lucky star while leprechauns farted four-leaf clovers and rabbits tossed their amputated feet into his gold-encrusted cradle. I, on the other hand, was born on Friday the thirteenth. No lie."Colin always looked down his nose at people who weren't in his so [...]

    5. You can learn to trust, again.I really liked this book. The characters were well developed, and there were no places where the story bogged down. I liked all the characters, but Ariana simply stole my heart. I loved getting to see Colin and Lucie's relationship through the eyes of an innocent child. I love how this story teaches Lucie that she can trust again, especially Colin. My only reason for not giving this book 5 stars, is the use of "Jesus" as a swear word. While I do applaud the author f [...]

    6. What a delightful story! Anyone who reads Gina Ardito falls immediately in love with her characters and stories. Lucie, Ariana, and Colin are some of her finest yet. Ms Ardito's humor, tenderness, and passion for writing infiltrates all of her books. This is a charming romance with a happily ever after. things I enjoy. I highly recommend this book!

    7. I love single parent stories and I thought the heroine's daughter was cute, but it's really frustrating that 50% of the story is told from her perspective and none of it is told from the hero's perspective.

    8. Fantastic!I loved this story! It caught me from the first page. The multiple perspectives was awesome, allowing a greater understanding of every situation!

    9. Not For Me It Was Kind Of Boring & I Get That It's A Mothers Day Novelle But Ari's POV Took Up Way Too Much Of The Novel IMO
