    1. It wasn't as awesome as the first book but it was still a really good story. It was kind of sad how much of the book these two spent apart. But when they were together it was super-smokin-hot!!! I am looking forward to book 3 and getting Jada and Nate's story!

    2. Let me be upfront, I loved Jungle Fever and was chomping at the bit for Exit Strategy. I just knew it was going to be an excellent continuation of the series. So imagine my surprise when I begin to read Exit Strategy and am completely underwhelmed. Geez louise, WHAT HAPPENED?!?! I'm confused as to how book 1 was so interesting and compelling, and Exit Strategy was so, lackluster. I'm going to lay out all my beefs with this particular book in a list.1. Editing and POV.The typos were manageable bu [...]

    3. Have you ever read a book that makes you want to do a happy dance? Well, 'Exit Strategy' did that for me. This story picks right up where 'Jungle Fever' left off. Keshia almost gave me a heart attack at the end of the last book. I was so hurt that she safe worded out of the relationship. I felt as bad for her as I did Tristan. The two of them needed to get their act together.I didn't like the re-introduction of Sara, Tristan's former sub. She made my skin crawl. When he let her touch him in the [...]

    4. That was a lot of fun and a solid turn. In book 2, Lewis moves a bit further away from the satirical approach to 50 Shades and gives Tristan and Keisha their HEA.Both the protagonists are a little less "messed up" than in "50" and they seem to know themselves a bit better. This allows for a neat resolution to their 'forced' separation. There was less manufactured drama and more circumstantial forces playing a hand in the conflict in this story. Something I appreciate as the 'if only they had a c [...]

    5. I'm sorry to write but this one was certainly not worth the wait. The first book was a witty and exciting glimpse into the world of BDSM, while this one focused on our couple more apart than together. The whole stalker and sting operation was the main focus of the story and I felt like I was reading a mystery novel instead of a satire with a BDSM backdrop. I just didn't buy the whole Tristan keeping Keisha in the dark during the sting; really what was the point? They should have been having clan [...]

    6. OMG well worth the wait. L.V put her foot in this book, I'm in luv with the White brothers. I just knew it was more to Tristan then just being a Dom, and being in strong like with Keshia. Now 3G and FHM are the bomb, they will have you rolling, and buying Keshia a hugable jacket too lol. I pulled a all nighter reading this book and it was worth it. This was a emotional roller coaster ride, but would ride or read it again. Just that good, now I hope Nate and Jada get a story so we can see their l [...]

    7. Like many people who've reviewed this one, it wasn't as good as the first. I liked that it tied up basically all the loose ends from the first (and the new ones in the second) but other than that, the writing was haphazard and sloppy in some places, the chemistry wasn't as strong, and the dialogue was cringe-worthy in that it was very unrealistic. If it was cleaned up I would have given it a higher review.

    8. Exit Strategy is the second book in The Ghetto Girl Quadrilogy. I did not have the pleasure of reading book one but was able to pick this one up and read without feeling terribly lost. From the blurb:Ex•it Strat•e•gy (noun) 1. A preplanned means of extricating oneself from a situation that is likely to become difficult or unpleasant. 2. The method by which a venture capitalist or business owner intends to get out of an investment that he or she has made in the past. Will Keisha and Tristan e [...]

    11. Spoiler Ahead This was the follow up book to Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever. This was a really good book after Keisha safeworded in the last book and left Tristan because she had a panic attack and refused to tell him about her past. Someone is sending Tristan begins getting threating letters telling him that his loved ones and Keisha are in danger he has a panic attack. Keisha is dealing with Byron's trial and the fact that he has topless pictures of her and the fact that he abused her when they [...]

    12. Exit Strategy the sequel to Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever is a unique departure from the first book. In some ways I liked this second book more because of that change. Ms. Lewis takes some big steps in a wholly different direction in the way she structures this book and how she writes it. I got the distinct impression that Exit Strategy was more about the author's own vision for her characters than it was a parody of another's. Ms. Lewis' Exit Strategy if you will from the mantle of 50 Shades of [...]

    13. This book starts off right where the first one stopped- Keisha has just safeworded, which means their arrangement is over. In the past, Tristan would just let things ride, but he can't seem to shake Keisha. She's the first sub he wants "more" with, even though he isn't sure what his "more" would entail. Keisha is also a mess, she wants her HEA with Tristan, but she knows he isn't capable of giving that to her. After weeks of torment, they get back together, but a new man on the scene makes Trist [...]

    14. This is the second book in the (The Ghetto Girl Romance) and its a must read. You will need to read book one first its called Fifty Shades/Jungle Fever also a great read.[ASIN:B009ZL7DJQ Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever (The Ghetto Girl Romance Quadrilogy)]] This sets the story up and a very enjoyable read! This series is full of laughter, suspense, drama all the elements that makes for excellent reading. The author draws you into the story and even thou the story is around Doms/subs there is so much [...]

    15. Ok so we know that there were major delays in getting the second book to the shelves. BUT I have to say that each minute waiting was well worth it. I loved this story. Tristan and Keisha got to show us even more of who they are and what they are willing/not willing to do. I read this book in one sitting from cover to cover. I couldn't put it down. L.V. shows us even more to the man that Tristan is and how he got that way. Watching the relationship/agreement develop between he and Keisha has been [...]

    16. First I have to say that I absolutely loved Exit Strategy!!!! Exit Strategy opens up where Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever which is the first book left off. Keisha is so undecided about this BDSM lifestyle she is in with Tristan because of the feelings she has for him. Tristan doesn’t want to admit to having any feelings but he soon realizes and admits to his feelings for Keisha. They have to deal with some issues from their past if they want to move forward. I can say that this was definitely wo [...]

    17. I really enjoy the first book of the series but I truly think the second book is in a class of it's own. I say this because I know some readers wanted to compare the first book to Fifty Shades and judge it based on the title but let me just say THERE IS NO COMPARING EXIT STRATEGY!!! This book was awesome from the very first sentence to the very last! Excellent Job L V and I look forward to the next installment!!

    18. I've read some of the other reviews and I liked this story just as much as the 1st book inthe series. Although it is not quite written in the same tone as the 1st book in the series. This time around, I found the heroine to be a little less stronger and sassy than the last book. However, I am still looking forward to reading the rest of the series. I only hope it does not take an entire year before it's released.

    19. I read book one and I liked the characters it completed a series but left you knowing that Tristen's brother and Keisha's best friend and rommie have a book coming. It had suspense, action and some mystery. In addition, Keisha's hoochie mama and three G make apperances that are really hilariousI think you will enjoy

    20. I was pleasantly surprised at how much i actually enjoyed this book. It stepped away from FSOG which I was happy for! I will definitely read this again. Bravo Ms.Lewis much better than the first in my opinion

    21. Awww no more Triple-G and Fairy Hoochie Mama! LoL! Im glas that Keisha doesn't need them anymore. Great end to their story. I can't wait to hear what will happen with Jada and Nathan! That can't be it?!

    22. This one right here was completely worth the wait. I absolutely love Tristan and Keisha!! Let's you know that love isn't easy but it's definitely worth it!!

    23. Great story! It was everything I hoped for and MORE! I read it in one sitting. Loved this story. I will be looking out for more your books from this author.

    24. I'm totally loving this serious I love the humor, emotion, realistic issues, the suspense, and best of all the continuation with Double Switch

    25. I want more!Really enjoyed the story line and loved the characters. All I can say is I want more of their steamy story!
