    1. Wonderful book. Very useful when you have some Focusing experience - I especially liked the article on the Inner Critic: how this "inner part" can also be listened to with curiosity, how it can change, and the possibility of getting a sense of what it is afraid or worried about. AND acknowleding that it is not criticizing "me" but "something in me" - a part that also needs to be heard.Some of the articles are on the author's website (focusingressources), but it's so nice to have them in a book f [...]

Um livro simplesmente fabuloso, não só na forma como nos introduz ao conceito de Focusing, como pela forma sedutora em como a autora nos relata a sua experiência pessoal ao longo do seu processo de experiência e aprendizagem desta técnica que nos ajuda não só a lidar com os nossos problemas mais profundos, mas principalmente, a descobrir informação guardada no nosso subconsciente e que determinam muitas das nossas atitudes.Aconselho vivamente!

    3. Some of the articles are very good, but some of the commentary is not. It offers a gentler, kinder approach to doing Focusing work. A nice refresher.
