    1. I am having a tough time with this review. It took me a while to get into the story though I do love the animal fable aspect and I do love birds and I do hate discrimination/prejudice. I will say, though, that I couldn't believe the book ended where it did. I almost called the author names! I want to know what happened next! I think this would make a great teaching tool for young kids (not toddlers because of what happens near the end)but the writing and construction is a bit simplistic. I do gi [...]
