    1. A very disappointing read: mediocre stories and bad editing. I really dislike editors/publishers using their books as a platform to promote their own writing.

    2. This is a collection of very short stories all with the theme of revenge. I bought this to specifically read the Phil Hickes story. Which, of course was the best one (is the cheque in the post?)I liked it very much. It's a fun read, with nothing too intense. The stories are little tidbits of gruesomeness to tide you over while you find your next meaty tale. It reminded me of Tales From The Crypt but without your cheeky cadaver to introduce each one If you have a kindle, it's worth a quid.

    3. A slim collection of horror short stories of varying quality. The first story won me over with a realistic depiction of twins, and a story about a strange victorian funerary statue haunted me.The last story in the collection I found laughably bad, though. Alas coming last makes it taint much of my impression.Overall I’m glad I read the collection. It made me think more about what makes a story scary.
