    1. A girl named Medina, a student at the Gwendoyln academy, is still coming to terms with a life alone ( living without her parents). As a group of new arrivals join her in the halls she becomes suspicious of their behavior; and that of new boy Eric. As she gets to know him better, Medina finds she is at the centre of a world she never knew existed before. It unleashes a side to her she will have to learn to control if she is to gain her heart's desire and find her happily ever after by midnight.I [...]

    2. Holy crap, this was written by a 16 year old! I am thoroughly impressed! It was a captivating story. Midnight kept me entertained and the need to keep reading. I loved Medina, the main character. She was entertaining. She is living on her own because her parents died. This is how she describes herself: “My name is Medina, a seventeen year old who lives on her own in an apartment. Obviously funded by the government but its nice enough. I’m a tall girl with raven black hair and deep sapphire b [...]

    3. This story was really interesting and I found that the writer wrote this perfectly and everything flowed very well. All the characters have their own unique personality and the concept is very intriguing. There's a little bit of everything really: Witch's, magic, romance, Demons, Vampires and Werewolves. My Favorite bit was when Medina enrolls at the Underground Classes because that was something I didn't except and from that point we started to learn more and more about this curse and everythin [...]

    4. Great YA fast read. Characters are fun and witty. My students would enjoy this.Loved watching Eric and Medina develop their love for each other and seeing.Medina change for the better good. Great way to set the story up with the town of Alice and it's history. The lost love of spoilers.well, I loved the background intergration of how the supernatural events in the town came to be.

    5. Gosh, the writer has this way of writing that almost puts you in the shoes of the characters especially Medina which I found was such a heroine. Everything about this book surprised me. I have never read anything like it and i hope to read more of the writers upcoming books.

    6. I loved this book! It was so interesting to read about all the supernatural creatures in one book and the romance was so romantic as well as the actual plot which was so unique and original!
