    1. My boyfriend gave me this book for my birthday, and I absolutely love it.Apart from several of the more famous shots of Marilyn Monroe by Magnum photographers, it also has a remarkable amount of shots that 1. I've never seen before, and 2. have a very unusual approach to its subject, and therefore also some stunningly original results, both of the whimsical and the poetic variety. It also has a great, thought-provoking essay by Gerry Badger.A must have. Excellent.

    2. Rather short, though lovely. The selection of Halsman photos is great, and there are a couple of lovely Dennis Stock pics from Bus Stop, Inge Morath from The Misfits, plus a stunning Bob Henriques from Ebbets Field that I personally haven't seen before. I find her to be interesti [...]

    4. Some lovely pictures I haven't seen before, essay was okay but somehow expected a bit more. Most pictures were familiar, though but at this stage it is to be expected, even to someone whose memory is as bad as mine .;)

    5. Great pics as a 30 year collector of MM, I was surprised to find pics I hadn't seen as of yet. Somewhat of a brief read, but nice little pictorial.
