    1. An outstanding book that can change the career of almost anyone by simply helping them understand what upper management is thinking. Straight foreword, straight talk approach. I wish I would have known this kind of information 20 years ago, but then again thats what experience is for. This book helps the new and or aspiring manager learn from the mistakes and successes of others who have created great organizations.

    2. Great tone, conversational or mentor like message delivery that explains how to and why you should do what is being discussed in each chapter.

    3. This books gives the some great core information on leadshership and management styles. Even read as a refresher I would recommend to read.
